These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rocketrunning.com (the "Site") and purchases from Rocket Running ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

We sell to customers in the United States and ship to U.S. addresses only. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Products and fulfillment

We curate products from independent brands. Many orders are shipped directly by the brand that makes the product, through Shopify Collective, so items from different brands may arrive in separate packages. Product descriptions, sizing and images are provided by the brands; we try to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that every detail, color or image is exact.

3. Prices, availability and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Availability is based on the brand's stock and can change at any time. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept, limit or cancel any order (for example, if an item is unavailable or was priced in error). If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more and $5 on orders under $75. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy as posted on the Site.

6. Nutrition and recovery products

Energy gels, drink mixes, supplements and recovery tools are sold as provided by their makers. Statements about these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read labels for ingredients and allergens and consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition.

7. Promotions

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Rocket Running or the respective brands and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" except as expressly stated by the product's manufacturer. Any product warranty is provided by the brand that makes the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Running is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
