Rocket Running ("Rocket Running," "we," "us") operates rocketrunning.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We sell to customers in the United States only.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you send us through our contact form or by email. If you sign up for offers, we collect the email address and/or mobile number you provide.

Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners (for example, Shop Pay and Apple Pay). We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring site, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and customer service.
  • To send order and shipping updates.
  • To send marketing emails or text messages if you have opted in.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

  • The brands that fulfill your order. Many products on the Site are shipped directly by the brand that makes them, through Shopify Collective. We share the information needed to fulfill your order (your name, shipping address, phone number if provided, and the items ordered) with that brand.
  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments, and other service providers that help us run the Site (for example, email and SMS delivery, analytics and shipping carriers).
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or others.
  • Business transfers: if our business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Email and text messages

If you subscribe to emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Cookies and advertising

We and our service providers use cookies to keep the Site working, remember your cart, understand how the Site is used and, where applicable, measure advertising. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
